Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Create, alter, and repair uniforms, garments, and other fabric items.
• Measure, cut, sew, and fit garments according to requirements.
• Maintain fabric quality and ensure neat finishing of all tailoring work.
• Repair damaged clothing, linens, and other fabric materials when needed.
• Assist in maintaining an organized sewing and tailoring workspace.
• Collaborate with management to ensure garments meet company standards and presentation requirements.
• Handle sewing machines and tailoring equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Seamstress, Tailor, or similar role.
• Strong sewing, stitching, and garment alteration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and tailoring techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Hospitality or tailoring experience is an advantage.
