Job Responsibilities
- Include: Design and maintain UI, API, and end-to-end automation frameworks. Develop automated tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC. Review requirements and technical designs to improve quality and testability. Troubleshoot defects and drive continuous quality improvements. Mentor team members and promote quality engineering best practices.
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of SDET, QA Automation, or Quality Engineering experience with strong programming skills in Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Node.js . 5+ years hands-on experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools . 5+ years API testing experience with REST services , utilizing tools such as Karate, Rest Assured, and Postman . 5+ years experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or CircleCI , with proficiency in Git/GitHub .
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Java/Spring Boot , microservices, cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure, GCP ), and strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Docker and Kubernetes Performance and security testing Datadog, Splunk, or other observability tools NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $96,800.00 - $145,200.00 per annum. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
