What you’ll bring

• Previous experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Practical experience facilitating Scrum events and supporting backlog management.
• Proven experience working closely with engineering and delivery teams.
• Experience coaching teams in Agile principles and enabling self‐organising behaviours.
• Strong facilitation, communication and conflict‐resolution skills.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum.
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar tools for backlog management.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using delivery metrics to support decision‐making.
• Experience collaborating with external development partners.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I or equivalent preferred.
• Proactive and solution‐focused, with a strong drive to remove blockers and improve efficiency.
• Able to influence, motivate and coach teams and stakeholders towards shared goals.
• Clear communicator who fosters openness, collaboration and continuous improvement.
