SCM Consultant – Purchasing / Oracle EBS (Forms & Reports)

About This Role

We are looking for a skilled SCM Consultant to support enterprise Supply Chain and ERP operations, with a focus on Purchasing processes and/or Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) development .

This role is part of our Emiratization initiative , offering an excellent opportunity to work on mission‑critical ERP systems within a structured, enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and enhance Supply Chain Management (SCM) functions, particularly Purchasing and procurement workflows .
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and/or technical ERP solutions .
• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS Forms & Reports as required.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to improve procurement efficiency, controls, and compliance .
• Perform system testing, issue resolution, and ongoing production support.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation and assist with system rollouts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure system stability and continuous improvement.

Required Experience

✅ One of the following is required:

• Strong SCM / Purchasing functional experience within ERP environments
• OR
• Hands‑on Oracle EBS development experience (Forms & Reports)

✅ Additional requirements:

• Experience working with Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) .
• Good understanding of the procurement lifecycle and purchasing controls .
• Ability to work effectively in enterprise or government‑aligned environments .
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
