Role Description
As part of our growth and localization strategy, we are seeking a motivated
Scientific Office Manager
to join our team and support our scientific and commercial operations in (Abha - Jeddah - Khobar - Al Riyadh ).
This position is subject to Saudization regulations in accordance with local labor requirements.
The role is ideal for early-career professionals who are eager to build experience at the intersection of
science, sales, and regulatory affairs
within the pharmaceutical sector.
Requirements
- **Licensed Pharmacist**
- **Fresh Graduate or up to 1–2 years of experience**
- , preferably with exposure to
Sales & Marketing
- Understanding or previous interaction with
- NUPCO accounts
- and
SFDA
- is a strong advantage
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Residency in Jeddah is preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Support scientific and commercial activities related to assigned products
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Regulatory)
- Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with
Nupco
- and relevant stakeholders
- Support
SFDA
- -related documentation and follow-up activities
- Prepare scientific materials and support product positioning initiatives
