Wood Wizards Dubai is a premium hands-on woodworking studio for children, helping them learn through creativity instead of screens.
We’re looking for a School Partnerships Manager who will own and grow our school programs — from first contact with schools to running successful after-school activities.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Build and manage relationships with schools across Dubai
- Present and launch after-school (ECA) programs
- Coordinate schedules with schools and instructors
- Act as the main point of contact for schools and parents
- Track enrollments, attendance, and program performance
- Handle invoicing and payment follow-ups
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with schools in the UAE (must-have)
- Communicates confidently and builds strong relationships
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Can work independently and take full ownership
- Has experience in operations / coordination (preferred)
- Speaks fluent English (Russian is a plus)

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
