We are looking for someone to lead all aspects of people management at the school, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality HR service that supports both strategic and operational priorities.
Working closely with the Principal, Regional HR Director, and regional teams, you will play a vital role in building an engaged, high-performing school culture where every colleague feels valued and supported.

We seek an individual to join as a
School HR Manager
- , where your focus will be:
- Leading recruitment, onboarding, and visa processes to ensure timely, compliant staffing across all roles.
- Acting as a trusted partner to school leadership on employee relations, performance management, and engagement.
- Overseeing HR operations including payroll inputs, contract renewals, and personnel data management.
- Ensuring compliance with Qatar Labour Law, MOEHE requirements, and Nord Anglia HR policies.
- Driving employee wellbeing, diversity, and professional development initiatives.
- Supporting the delivery of strategic workforce planning and contributing to the wider regional HR projects.
- ****The successful candidate will possess:****
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CIPD qualification desirable).
- 5-7 years' experience in an HR generalist or management role, ideally within a school or service-led environment.
- Strong understanding of Qatar Labour Law, employment regulations, and immigration procedures.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced international setting.
