Role Overview
This is a contract-based role with a mainly remote and flexible working model, including required visits to schools, workshops, activations, and project sites when needed.
Opportunities are available across Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam.
The School Fitness Specialist is responsible for supporting the successful adoption, engagement, and day-to-day operation of the ATA7ADAK Schools Program across an assigned portfolio of schools.
The role works closely with school leadership, PE teachers, students, parents, nutrition specialists, and the ATA7ADAK project team to ensure programme objectives and engagement targets are achieved.
Qualifications
- Background in fitness, sports, physical education, wellness coaching, or related fields
- Strong communication and engagement skills
- Ability to work with students, teachers, employees, and community groups
- Passion for wellness, sports, and healthy lifestyle promotion
- Flexible and proactive personality
- Ability to support field activations and wellness events when required
- Relevant fitness or coaching certifications are preferred
- Previous experience in schools, wellness programs, sports clubs, or community initiatives is a plus
