School Admissions Manager

Role overview

Admissions and recruitment

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies; organize school tours, open houses, and promotional events.
• Conduct nursery visits and work with external partners to support enrollment.
• Maintain admission policies and marketing materials and respond promptly to inquiries by email, phone, and walk-in visits.

Applications and family engagement

• Review applications, academic records, and supporting documents; conduct interviews and assessments and communicate admission decisions.
• Provide a welcoming, professional visitor experience and share assessment results with parents within 24–48 hours.
• Address inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally; maintain inquiry records and follow up with prospective families.

Records, compliance, and office operations

• Track enrollment statistics and trends and prepare admissions data and market reports.
• Maintain accurate records, student lists, and class-vacancy information; complete student clearances before issuing Transfer Certificates.
• Monitor compliance with KHDA guidelines.
• Supervise front-office staff, ensure continuous coverage, maintain an organized reception area, and improve admissions and front-desk processes.

Candidate requirements

• Proven experience in admissions, student recruitment, or customer relations; education-sector experience is preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, multitasking, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, admissions platforms, and data management.
• English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• Five years of education-industry experience and three years of admissions experience are preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 15,000–17,000 per month.
