School Administrator — Santa Barbara School
Santa Barbara School is seeking a dedicated and highly organized School Administrator to join our team in the Dubai Knowledge Park Education District. This is a central role responsible for the seamless daily operation of our campus, acting as a primary point of coordination between faculty, parents, and regulatory bodies.
The Professional Scope: You will be the lead on all administrative workflows, including the management of student records, scheduling, and office procurement. A key part of your role will involve ensuring that our operations in Knowledge Park remain in full compliance with local educational authorities. We need someone who can handle a high-volume environment while maintaining a calm, welcoming atmosphere for our school community.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years in an administrative role, with at least 2 years specifically within a UAE-based educational institution.
- Exceptional command of English (both written and verbal) is non-negotiable.
- Proficiency in school management software and advanced MS Office.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Education Management.
Compensation & Terms: We are offering a fixed monthly salary of 12,000 AED for this full-time position. Our offices are located within the Education District of Knowledge Park, and we are looking for a candidate who is available to start immediately to support our upcoming term.
