Scheduling Administrator

Planning and scheduling engineer diaries to maximise efficiency.

Managing inbound calls and acting as the first point of contact for customers and clients.

Booking appointments and coordinating engineer workloads.

Resolving customer, client, and engineer queries.

Liaising with housing associations and internal teams.

Monitoring outstanding jobs, parts, and non-access issues.

Providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders.

Previous administration, scheduling, planning, or customer service experience.

Excellent communication and telephone skills.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.

A proactive approach to problem-solving.
