Role Overview
The Schedule & Reporting Expert is responsible for the development, monitoring and analysis of project schedules and performance reporting.
The role supports project management and stakeholders by providing reliable planning data, progress tracking and structured reporting to support decision-making across complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and update **project schedules** in line with project scope, milestones and contractual requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations and analyze schedule impacts.
- Perform **critical path analysis** and assess schedule risks and recovery scenarios.
- Consolidate schedule data from multiple contractors, packages or workstreams.
- Prepare **periodic project reports** (weekly, monthly, executive dashboards).
- Track key performance indicators related to schedule, progress and milestones.
- Support project managers with schedule forecasts, look-ahead planning and what-if analyses.
- Ensure consistency and compliance with planning and reporting standards.
- Interface with cost control, risk management and project management teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling and reporting processes.
Required Profile
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent.
- Proven experience in **project scheduling and reporting** on complex projects.
- Background in **large-scale projects** (real estate, infrastructure, construction or industrial) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of project controls principles and reporting methodologies.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in **planning tools** such as Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Advanced skills in **reporting and data analysis tools** (Excel, Power BI or similar).
- Ability to structure dashboards, progress curves and performance indicators.
- Good understanding of schedule logic, dependencies and baseline management.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and structured mindset.
- Clear communication and reporting skills toward technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and results-driven approach.
Languages
- **English : professional proficiency required**
- Arabic is a plus.
