Role overview
Full-time, on-site Scaffolding Supervisor (Aramco Approved) role based in KSA.
Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate scaffolding work in line with Aramco standards, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Oversee scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling; inspect scaffolds and verify they are safe, fit for purpose, and certified before use.
- Guide and mentor crews, organize schedules, allocate resources, and maintain records of materials, permits, and inspections.
- Coordinate with project, safety, and construction teams on work at height and promptly address risks or non-conformities.
Qualifications
- Strong team leadership, planning, and coordination skills for scaffolding crews.
- Hands-on industrial scaffolding experience covering erection, modification, and dismantling.
- Knowledge of working at height, fall protection, safe access and egress, HSE regulations, risk assessment, and permit-to-work systems.
- Experience with Aramco-approved scaffolding standards and industrial construction sites; heavy industry or oil and gas experience.
- Technical certification or diploma in construction, civil, or mechanical fields; recognized scaffolding supervisor certification is preferred.
- Ability to interpret scaffolding drawings, load calculations, and site plans; basic computer and documentation skills.
- Effective English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
