Overview
***We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor (Abu Dhabi Based) to join our team.***
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all scaffolding activities on-site, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems in accordance with project requirements and safety standards.
- Supervise scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities on-site.
- Ensure scaffolding works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings, safety standards, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, safety officers, and subcontractors to meet project schedules.
- Inspect scaffolding materials and structures to ensure safety and stability before use.
- Monitor scaffolding crews and ensure proper use of PPE and safe working practices.
- Maintain records of inspections, handovers, and daily site activities.
- Identify and report unsafe conditions or practices and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Diploma or Technical Certification in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in scaffolding supervision for construction projects.
- Knowledge of scaffolding standards such as BS, OSHA, and UAE safety regulations.
- Ability to read scaffolding drawings and site layouts.
