About This Role
Overview
- The Scaffolding Officer ensures scaffolding activities comply with site HSE and safety procedures, conducting inspections and enforcing safety standards for workers operating at height.
- Inspect scaffolding platforms, access points, structural integrity & tagging system (Green/Yellow/Red)
- Verify compliance with fall protection, PPE, barricades & safe access
- Raise unsafe notifications and ensure immediate corrective actions
- Participate in risk assessments, JSA & PTW for working-at-height activities
- Maintain scaffolding registers, checklists & inspection records
- Coordinate with Scaffolding Supervisor, Safety & Execution teams
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ARAMCO & international scaffolding standards
- Conduct toolbox talks and working-at-height safety orientations
