Scaffolding Manager

Lead and manage all scaffolding activities related to brownfield operations and maintenance projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely execution in compliance with company standards, client requirements, and statutory regulations.

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all scaffolding activities for brownfield maintenance and shutdown works.

Ensure scaffolding erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling activities are carried out safely and as per approved procedures.

Review project requirements, drawings, and work schedules to determine scaffolding needs.

Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Construction, and HSE departments for smooth execution of work activities.

Ensure availability of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for scaffolding operations.

Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding structures and ensure compliance with safety standards and client specifications.

Monitor productivity and optimize resource utilization to achieve project targets.

Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and procedures.

Maintain records related to scaffolding inspections, permits, manpower allocation, and material utilization.

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments regarding scaffolding-related matters.

Ensure all scaffolding personnel are trained, certified, and competent for assigned tasks.

Support shutdowns, turnarounds, and emergency maintenance activities whenever required.

Strong knowledge of scaffolding standards and safety regulations.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to handle multiple activities under tight schedules.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Familiarity with permit-to-work systems and risk assessment procedures.

Proficiency in planning and reporting.

Site-based role in industrial/brownfield operating facilities.

Require extended working hours during shutdowns and emergency maintenance activities.
