Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor real-time SCADA systems based on
- GE e-terra
- products.
- Maintain SCADA database, RTU/IED point mappings, and real-time data processing.
- Respond to and troubleshoot alarms, communication failures, and system anomalies.
- Interface with field teams for issue resolution, testing, and commissioning of new sites.
- Perform routine SCADA system health checks and performance tuning.
- Coordinate planned outages, upgrades, and patching in collaboration with IT and vendors.
- Collaborate with engineering teams for system expansions, upgrades, and cybersecurity measures.
