Role Overview
Saw Operator I is responsible for the setup and operation of a single-blade saw.
Reads production scheduling sheets and identifies required material for the operation.

Qualifications
- High school diploma GED is preferred but not required.
- Minimum 3 months of experience using saws or similar equipment some experience in manufacturing and assembling is preferred.
- Working knowledge of basic math preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- Hourly/Salary Pay Range: ($19.00 - $21.00/hour) dependent on experience
- pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living
- Bonus/Incentive Pay (only include one from the list below based on the job):
- For hourly positions with incentive pay: Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
