SAP S/4HANA Finance End-User Trainer
22-week project engagement with potential extension
Job Overview
We are seeking experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance End-User Trainers / Enablement Consultants to support a large-scale SAP transformation program for a leading enterprise organisation in the region.
The selected consultants will play a key role in driving end-user readiness, business adoption, training delivery, and hypercare support across Finance functions within SAP S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in pre-UAT knowledge transfer sessions delivered by the SAP functional implementation team
- Build strong process and solution knowledge using project training materials and documentation
- Attend Train-the-Trainer sessions and become proficient in the deployed SAP S/4HANA Finance solution
- Develop and enhance end-user training materials including:
- Training presentations
- Job aids and process documentation
- Simulations and e-learning content
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver instructor-led end-user training sessions
- Conduct knowledge assessments and gather user feedback to improve training effectiveness
- Support end users during UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases
- Deliver refresher trainings and provide floor-walking / handholding support post go-live
- Assist in building sustainable internal training and knowledge transfer capabilities within the client organization
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and change management teams
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering SAP end-user training programs
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance processes
- Experience supporting SAP implementation, rollout, or transformation projects
- Experience with UAT support, go-live, and hypercare activities
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to simplify complex finance processes for business end users
- Experience creating user training documentation and learning materials
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP FICO functional consulting experience
- Exposure to organisational change management and user adoption initiatives
- Experience with e-learning development tools is advantageous
Finance Process Areas Covered
General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, Tax, Bank & Cash Management, Intercompany Accounting, Group Reporting/Consolidation, Project Systems, Real Estate Leasing, Finance Master Data, and related SAP S/4HANA Finance processes.
