Join a leading enterprise organization in Dubai delivering a large-scale SAP transformation and enterprise modernization program across critical business operations.
We are looking for an experienced
SAP Test & Cutover Lead
to drive end-to-end testing coordination, release readiness, migration planning, and go-live execution for a major SAP implementation program.
This role is ideal for a delivery-focused professional with strong experience in enterprise testing, cutover planning, and large-scale ERP transformation environments.
You will play a critical role in ensuring successful deployment, business continuity, and smooth transition into production environments.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and program leadership to coordinate testing activities, manage release governance, and support high-impact go-live operations.
This is a long-term contract role with full onsite presence in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end test management activities across SAP implementation workstreams
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production readiness activities
- Own and manage cutover planning, cutover checklists, and go-live execution activities
- Coordinate migration activities and ensure alignment across technical and business teams
- Drive release management and deployment coordination across multiple project streams
- Facilitate defect tracking, issue resolution, and risk mitigation during testing and go-live phases
- Work closely with SAP functional consultants, business users, vendors, and project managers
- Ensure readiness of environments, dependencies, approvals, and rollback planning
- Support hypercare activities and post-go-live stabilization efforts
- Provide regular reporting and status updates to program leadership and stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as Test Lead, Test Manager, Cutover Lead, or Release Manager within enterprise transformation programs
- Proven experience supporting large-scale SAP or ERP implementation projects
- Hands-on experience managing cutover activities, migration planning, and go-live coordination
- Strong understanding of SIT, UAT, release cycles, and enterprise testing methodologies
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across business and technology functions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and critical timelines within complex delivery environments
- Experience working in fast-paced enterprise or transformation programs
- SAP S/4HANA implementation experience is highly preferred
- GCC/UAE project experience is advantageous.
