SAP SuccessFactors Consulting Manager - Technical Integrations Lead

Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Set integration strategy and architect end-to-end connections between SuccessFactors and external HR, payroll, and ERP platforms.
• Evaluate middleware and integration patterns; lead technical workstreams and oversee configuration, APIs, data mapping, and transformations.
• Manage technical dependencies and resolve integration challenges across modules and platforms.
• Translate client business requirements into scalable designs; lead technical workshops and design sessions.
• Guide data migration, security protocols, and compliance; introduce integration design, testing automation, and monitoring practices.
• Improve integration performance, reliability, and maintainability and monitor product releases and innovations.
• Lead and mentor technical consultants and developers; support coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years in HR technology consulting, including at least 5 years focused on SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or other middleware tools.
• Track record leading end-to-end integrations in multi-module SuccessFactors implementations.
• SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central and at least one additional module.
• Strong understanding of HR data models, processes, and interoperability; proven technical team and complex-program leadership.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management.

Additional qualifications

• Experience integrating with SAP HCM, WorkForce Software, ADP, or other HR platforms is an advantage.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, OData, and data encryption standards is desirable.
• Exposure to Agile delivery and DevOps practices is desirable.
