Gather and analyze customer requirements, formulate solutions using standard and custom functionality, and verify that requirements are met.
The role is based onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Provide post-implementation functional and technical support for SuccessFactors modules and act as the focal point for related matters.
- Coordinate with business users to resolve issues, handle changes and urgent incidents, and support business-process testing.
- Lead application support, system testing, and end-user training; gather requirements and produce process models and specifications.
- Analyze complex process requirements, propose system solutions, and organize validation workshops for projects and change requests.
- Define master-data and organizational requirements; oversee onsite and offshore implementation teams and perform configurations as needed.
- Contribute to custom-component development or review, support SAP integrations, maintain documentation, share knowledge, and contribute to planning, innovation, and reporting.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT.
- At least 5 years of end-to-end implementation experience across EC, ECP, PMGM, SPCDP, RCM, LMS, and Compensation.
- Certifications in EC, ECP, RCM, SDCDP, LMS, and PMGM.
Additional skills
- Skilled in blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, configuration, and functional design of custom components.
- Fluent in Microsoft Visio or another business-process diagramming tool.
- Hands-on capability in data migration and preparation, integration analysis and design, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English; able to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects.
- Professional services or distribution company experience is a plus.
Compensation
