Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
with strong expertise in
Employee Central (EC)
and
Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
to support large-scale HR transformation initiatives across the GCC.
The successful candidate will have a proven consulting background, extensive hands-on configuration experience, and a track record of delivering end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations.
The role requires strong stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to work closely with HR, payroll, and business leaders to design and implement scalable HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare support.
- Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to understand business, HR, and payroll requirements.
- Configure and customize SuccessFactors EC and ECP modules based on client requirements and best practices.
- Design and implement organizational structures, position management, workflows, business rules, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Support payroll design, payroll control center activities, payroll schemas, wage types, payroll integration, and payroll processing requirements.
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimization.
- Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical and integration teams.
- Support data migration, system integration, testing, UAT, cutover, and deployment activities.
- Manage interfaces between SuccessFactors and third-party systems, including payroll, time management, and ERP platforms.
- Provide user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to business and support teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and system capabilities.
- Support post-go-live activities, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors consulting experience.
- Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
+ Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
+ Position Management
+ Business Rules
+ Workflow Configuration
+ Foundation Objects and MDF Objects
+ Payroll Control Center
- + Payroll Processing and Configuration
- Experience with HR and payroll process design and transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management, workforce administration, and payroll operations.
- Experience with SuccessFactors integrations, including SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party applications.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with HR leadership, payroll teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification.
- Experience implementing solutions for multinational organizations.
- Experience working on GCC payroll requirements and regional compliance regulations.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors Time Management, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, or Compensation modules.
- Previous experience with global consulting firms or system integrators.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery models.
Other Details
The contract is set for 6 months with the possibility of extension.
The role requires flexibility and readiness for frequent business travel across the GCC region as dictated by project demands.
