Role Overview

Solution Architecture and Deal Shaping

• Design SAP solutions aligned to client requirements, business objectives, and industry best practices.
• Lead solution planning, estimation, staffing, pricing inputs, and proposal development.
• Support and lead RFP and RFI responses and complex sales pursuits.
• Develop implementation approaches, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.

Client Advisory

• Build trusted-advisor relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, design-thinking sessions, and value-realization discussions.
• Advise clients on SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud ERP, RISE with SAP, SAP Business AI, generative AI, data and analytics, automation, and SAP BTP.

Engineering and Leadership

• Apply rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept approaches and create reusable accelerators and reference architectures.
• Evaluate emerging SAP, cloud, AI, data, and integration technologies.
• Mentor solution architects and contribute to capability development, thought leadership, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of SAP experience, including SAP S/4HANA, with strong functional and integration exposure.
• At least 5 years of solution planning, presales, and deal-shaping experience.
• At least 5 years of industry experience in one of the listed sectors or a related sector.
• At least 5 years of cloud transformation or cloud implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, subject to the stated associate-degree alternative.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design activities.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP processes and cross-module integration.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate, SAP Best Practices, and Clean Core principles.
• Experience with SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Extension Suite, SAP Build, and SAP Business AI.

Workplace and Travel

• The role is described as remote.
• Travel may range from 0% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Compensation

• The stated annual salary range for New York is $87,400 to $266,300.
