SAP SF EC & ECP Consultant

· End‑to‑end ownership of all Employee Central issues, fixes, and enhancements.

· Ensure efficient incident management, impact assessment, root-cause analysis, solution design, and release planning.

· Approval coordination and sign‑off in line with the approval matrix

· Ensuring EC changes do not introduce unintended payroll, downstream, or cross‑entity impacts.

· Primary ownership of Employee Central Reporting

· Functional and governance oversight for Employee Central Payroll, including:

o Investigation and resolution of payroll discrepancies, data mapping issues, and reconciliation variances

o Support of payroll testing cycles, upgrades, patches, and statutory/compliance updates

o Validation of the accuracy and reliability of payroll reports and statutory outputs

· End‑to‑end SLA accountability across all supported modules, with primary focus on EC and payroll‑impacting items.

· Acting as the single point of contact for all SuccessFactors issues, bugs, changes, and enhancements

· Management, coordination, and oversight of offshore resources

· Ensure all requests are tracked, executed, tested, and closed

· Monitor system health, data quality, and operational KPIs.

· Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP HR / SAP SuccessFactors, with strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.

· Deep understanding of HR processes, organizational data structures, and payroll processes.

· Proven experience in data mapping, data integrity, reconciliation, and system integrations.

· Strong knowledge of EC–ECP integration, payroll schemas, and data flows.

· Experience working in multi-entity, global, or shared SAP tenant environments.

· Familiarity with statutory and compliance payroll requirements (regional expertise is a plus).

· Prior participation in SAP directed audit of EC/ECP data, mapping, processes and workflows.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in complex HR and payroll data issues.

· Ability to diagnose and resolve end-to-end data and reporting challenges.

· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

· Ability to align local business needs with global SAP standards and templates.

· Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

· Certified SAP SuccessFactors in Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.

· Experience with SAP integration tools and middleware.

· Exposure to global payroll operations and cross-country implementations.
