Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a SAP Security Engineer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The SAP Security Engineer will be responsible for safeguarding SAP systems by ensuring application security, implementing robust network security measures, and addressing cybersecurity risks.
Responsibilities
include designing, developing, and maintaining security configurations, performing security risk assessments, and staying updated with the latest security threats and best practices to strengthen the organization's security posture.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Application Security and related processes
- Strong skills in Network Security and Security Engineering
- Proficiency in Cybersecurity and Information Security frameworks
- Experience with SAP security concepts, including authorization roles and profiles
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve security vulnerabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as SAP Security and GRC certifications, CISSP, or CISM are highly beneficial
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
