Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP SD Consultant to join our growing team in Riyadh.
The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, designing SAP solutions, configuring SAP Sales & Distribution processes, and supporting end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations.
This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging SAP implementation and transformation projects while collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
- Configure and support SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) modules.
- Manage and optimize Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Configure pricing, sales orders, deliveries, billing, and credit management.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP SD and related modules such as MM, FI, WM, and EWM.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD issues while ensuring business continuity.
- Recommend process improvements and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
✔ Proven experience as an SAP SD Consultant or in a similar SAP functional role.
✔ Strong understanding of Sales & Distribution business processes and Order-to-Cash cycles.
✔ Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
✔ Experience in stakeholder management, workshops, and solution presentations.
✔ Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.
✔ Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
✔ Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
✔ SAP Certification is highly desirable.
✔ Experience within the Saudi Arabian or GCC market is considered a strong advantage.
