Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP RTR operational support activities across global regions
  • Secure stable and productive business operations
  • Take ownership of complex production support tasks
  • Drive initiatives for operational stabilization and enhancement
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills
  • Influence operational excellence through impactful leadership
  • Collaborate with clients to enhance satisfaction and service quality
  • Implement strategies for continuous operational enhancement
  • What You Must Have
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6 years of SAP FI/CO and AMS/AES operational support experience
  • SAP Certification in FICO / CFIN
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred
  • SAP Certification in FICO / CFIN preferred
  • ITIL Certification preferred
  • Managing complex SAP Finance operations
  • Leading operational stabilization initiatives
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Driving decision-making using operational metrics
  • Demonstrating analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience supporting global pharma or regulated industry clients
