SAP Project Management Office (SAP PMO) consultant is required by our global client.
The successful candidate will assist in SAP project governance and coordination of a major SAP s/4 program.
You will oversee project timelines, track RAID logs, and align technical teams with business objectives to ensure successful, on-budget delivery.
Responsibilities
- **Project Governance:**
- Establish standards, methodologies, and frameworks for SAP projects across the enterprise.
- **Tracking & Reporting:**
- Maintain RAID logs, monitor KPIs, and generate status dashboards for leadership and steering committees.
- **Financial Oversight:**
- Manage project budgets, monitor costs, forecast expenditures, and review resource allocation.
- **Cross-functional Coordination:**
- Bridge the gap between functional teams developers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- **Change Management:**
- Facilitate scope documentation, process change requests, and smooth testing or release deployment.
- Essential experience must include
- Understanding of SAP s/4 HANA architecture environment and methodologies like SAP Activate.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Jira, and SAP's internal project systems.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and clear written and verbal communication
- Strong track record of delivery capability and longevity on previous SAP PMO assignments
