We are looking for an experienced
SAP MM Functional Lead
to drive and optimize
procurement, inventory, and logistics processes
within the
automotive industry
.
This role is critical in ensuring seamless
Goods Issue, Goods Receipt, and Inventory Management
operations while aligning SAP MM capabilities with business and financial objectives.
Role Overview
As a Functional Lead, you will oversee end‑to‑end
SAP MM processes
, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and apply domain expertise to enhance operational efficiency and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP MM processes, including Goods Issue (GI) and Goods Receipt (GR)
- Manage Physical Inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
- Drive Direct and Indirect Procurement initiatives
- Oversee Special Procurement scenarios to improve cost efficiency
- Manage Inventory Management and Purchasing processes in line with policies and standards
- Collaborate closely with Finance & Accounting teams for MM–FI integration
- Apply automotive domain expertise to tailor SAP solutions to business needs
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members
- Analyze SAP MM data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Support cross‑functional teams in leveraging SAP MM to meet business goals
