Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Professional to join our team and support the design, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP Materials Management (MM) processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in procurement, inventory management, material master data, and integration with other SAP modules such as SD, PP, WM/EWM, and FI.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP MM solutions.
- Configure and support SAP MM processes, including:
- Procurement and Purchasing
- Inventory Management
• Material Master Data
- Vendor Management
- Release Strategies
- Pricing Procedures
- Batch Management
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
- Perform system configuration, testing, documentation, and user training.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP MM issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP SD, PP, WM/EWM, FI/CO, and ABAP developers.
- Support integration between SAP MM and other SAP modules.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support go-live activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational procurement and inventory policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3–8+ years of hands-on SAP MM experience.
- Strong knowledge of:
• Purchase Orders (PO)
- Request for Quotations (RFQ)
- Vendor Evaluation
• Invoice Verification (IV)
- Stock Transfers
• Physical Inventory Processes
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA MM implementations and support.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Experience with SAP integration points across logistics and finance modules.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP MM Certification.
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications.
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP WM/EWM, or SAP SRM.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, oil & gas, or logistics industries.
- Exposure to data migration and SAP upgrade projects.
