The Role
- As a Principal Consultant, you will be the bridge between complex financial requirements and seamless SAP execution.
- You will be expected to:
- Lead the functional delivery of SAP Finance modules with a focus on high-quality, end-to-end solutions.
- Work across the intersection of Finance and Procurement, ensuring integrated business processes.
- Utilize Agile methodologies and automation tools to streamline delivery and improve system efficiency.
- Produce executive-level presentations and documentation that clearly articulate value to stakeholders.
Technical & IT Expectations
- **System Integration:**
- Deep understanding of SAP’s integration points between FI/CO and MM/SD to ensure data integrity across the landscape.
- **Automation Frameworks:**
- Ability to identify manual financial processes ripe for automation (RPA or SAP Standard) to drive operational ROI.
- **Agile Delivery:**
- Proficiency in working within DevOps or Agile frameworks, managing backlogs, and participating in sprint-based delivery.
- **Documentation Standards:**
- High proficiency in creating technical specifications, functional design documents (FDDs), and system architecture diagrams.
- **Modern SAP Ecosystem:**
- Familiarity with S/4HANA best practices and the latest SAP Fiori applications for finance.
Candidate Profile
- **Experience:**
- Approximately 10+ years of deep SAP Finance expertise.
- **The Consultant Mindset:**
- You are proactive, articulate, and possess the "energy and drive" needed to push projects forward.
- **Communication:**
- Exceptional ability to translate technical jargon into business value for C-suite stakeholders.
- **Operational Readiness:**
- Someone who prioritizes their professional impact and is "up and about," ready to solve problems in a demanding, high-performance environment.
Key Skills
- Expertise in SAP FI/CO (GL, AP, AR, AA, PCA, CCA).
- Integration knowledge of SAP MM/Procurement.
- Experience in Agile environments and Automation workflows.
