SAP HR/Payroll / SAP Success Factors Consultant is required by our global client to manage
and configure cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) on either SAP Success Factors HCM or SAP SF Employee Central Payroll.
You will be responsible for ensuring accurate employee data, seamless payroll integration, and global HR process automation.
Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and optimize Example SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll to handle gross-to-net pay, taxes, deductions, and direct deposits.
- Ensure smooth, error-free data flow between Core HR modules and local payroll systems to maintain accurate employee master data.
- Align payroll configurations with regional legal, regulatory, and corporate compliance standards. [
- Identify, gather information, and develop change requests for existing sustain issues or new system enhancements
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to troubleshoot payroll issues, execute testing, and train HR users globally on data entry standards.
- Generate and analyze accurate people and compensation reports to better support business strategies.
- Essential experience must include
- 7+ years of experience in SAP SF / SAP HR Payroll Implementations – minimum 4 full end to end HRIS implementations, specifically managing or implementing SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM / SAP HR/Payroll.
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central, system integration mapping, and payroll schemas/rules.
- Strong analytical capabilities, multi-cultural team collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Deep understanding of "Hire to Retire" HR platforms and global payroll methodologies.
- Expertise in executing test cases, troubleshooting system incidents, and executing root cause analysis on data issues Velvet Jobs SAP HCM Job Description.
