SAP HCM Strategy Consultant

Provide expert advisory support on SAP Human Capital Management initiatives, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors–led transformations, supporting organisations as they modernise HR platforms in line with ECC end-of-life and evolving workforce requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Support clients across SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and S/4HANA transformation projects
• Manage the full delivery lifecycle: requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, change management and rollout
• Design and define SAP HCM / SuccessFactors solutions, including Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, Time Management and Payroll
• Support hybrid landscapes integrating SAP HCM with SuccessFactors and S/4HANA
• Introduce SAP best practices to standardise HR processes, reduce customisation and improve operational efficiency
• Provide functional leadership across implementation, migration and carve-out projects
• Lead and facilitate HR process workshops with business stakeholders and HR leadership
• Support requirements management within large-scale enterprise HR transformation programmes

Experience:

• Strong understanding of SAP HCM
• 2 – 5 years experience delivering SAP HCM or SuccessFactors projects
• Solid methodological background within SAP delivery frameworks
• Exposure to SAP HR integrations (Finance, Payroll, Time, Third-Party Systems)
• Knowledge of regional payroll concepts and statutory requirements is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
• Client-focused mindset with a strong orientation toward delivery and outcomes
