Overview
SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (SAP GRC) Consultant is required ASAP by our global client to align IT security with business objectives by designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions to manage enterprise risks, ensuring regulatory compliance
Responsibilities
- Design and manage role-based access controls (RBAC) and user access management strategies.
- Lead the end-to-end design and configuration of SAP GRC modules (e.g., Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management).
- Identify SAP security vulnerabilities and ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks like SOX and GDPR.
- Act as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors, executing remediation plans and gathering necessary compliance evidence.
- Recommend best practices for governance and risk to improve operational efficiency and system security
- Essential experience must include
- Deep expertise in SAP Access Control (ARA, EAM, ARM), Process Control, and Risk Management.
- Solid understanding of SAP Security, Authorization concepts, and ECC or S/4HANA systems.
- Familiarity with IT general controls (ITGC), SoD (Segregation of Duties) analysis, and mitigation
- Strong problem-solving skills to assess risks and design robust mitigation strategies.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between technical IT requirements and business objectives.
- Previous track record of longevity in previous project assignments
- Previous experience working for a major consultancy or SI
