Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations across SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, BW, etc.)
- Manage end-to-end user lifecycle activities including user creation, role assignment, access reviews, and de-provisioning
- Implement and support SAP GRC modules such as:
• Risk Management (RM)
- Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and remediation using GRC tools
- Configure and maintain Firefighter (Emergency Access Management) and monitor usage logs
- Conduct periodic user access reviews and compliance audits
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure proper role design aligned with business processes
- Troubleshoot authorization issues and provide timely resolution
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and controls evidence
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Assist in SAP upgrades, migrations (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA), and new implementations from a security perspective
