CVI Recruitment is seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead complex SAP ERP and Dealer Management System (DMS) transformation programmes for one of its clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proven delivery leader with strong expertise across SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments and deep knowledge of automotive dealership operations, including Vehicle Sales, After-Sales, Parts, Service, Warranty, and OEM integrations.
The successful candidate will provide strategic programme leadership, establish effective governance and delivery controls and ensure all solutions align with clean-core principles and long-term business sustainability.
Mandatory Experience & Domain Expertise
- Proven experience leading or delivering SAP ERP (S/4HANA or ECC) implementations within the automotive sector.
- Demonstrated experience implementing and integrating a Dealer Management System (DMS) across multi-brand automotive dealerships, covering Vehicle Sales, After-Sales (Service, Parts, Warranty), and OEM integrations.
- Strong understanding of automotive dealership operating models, OEM requirements, and end-toend business processes.
Program Leadership & Governance
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for SAP ERP and DMS transformation
- programmes.
- Establish and operate programme governance structures, escalation mechanisms, and delivery
- controls.
- Actively serve as a member of the Program Change Advisory Board (CAB), reviewing and approving
- change requests, scope deviations, and design decisions.
- Ensure adherence to clean-core principles and long-term system sustainability
Workshop & Delivery Execution
- Plan, lead, and manage programme and project workshops across all phases of the delivery lifecycle.
- Facilitate business process workshops with Business Users to define requirements, validate designs, and confirm future-state processes.
- Lead solution walkthroughs, design reviews, and validation sessions with implementation partners.
- Coordinate and manage project activities across Business Users, Implementation Partners, and Internal IT teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Ensure workshop outcomes are translated into approved deliverables, actions, and implementation plans.
