Technical Skills
- Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, with deep expertise in SAP BW, SAC, Datasphere, and SAP BDC.
- Proven track record in delivery management, leading large-scale data and analytics projects for global clients.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and client-facing communication skills.
- Expert-level proficiency in data warehousing, ETL, and SAP BI tools.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and cloud-based analytics solutions.
- Experience architecting enterprise data solutions, dashboards, and governance frameworks.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP BW, SAC, Datasphere) strongly preferred.
