Role overview

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and operational processes; translate requirements into ERP solutions and functional specifications.
• Participate in ERP implementation, enhancement, migration, integration, optimization, upgrades, cloud transformation, and digitalization.
• Configure and customize SAP or Oracle modules and support relevant business functions, including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and HR.
• Design and review configurations, workflows, reports, interfaces, and processes; collaborate with developers and other technical teams.
• Conduct system, integration, user acceptance, and regression testing; prepare test materials and defect reports.
• Troubleshoot incidents, investigate root causes, and provide production support in line with service levels.
• Support data migration, validation, master-data management, system conversion, and integrations with other platforms.
• Develop or support reports, dashboards, workflows, interfaces, and system enhancements; monitor performance and data integrity.
• Manage changes, enhancements, patches, upgrades, releases, and compliance with controls, security policies, audits, and regulations.
• Prepare documentation and training materials; deliver user training, workshops, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer.
• Communicate with project managers, business users, developers, infrastructure teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders; evaluate capabilities and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP Consultant, Oracle Consultant, ERP Consultant, or similar enterprise-systems professional.
• Strong understanding of ERP implementation, configuration, support, optimization, business processes, and enterprise workflows.
• Hands-on SAP or Oracle application experience and relevant functional-module experience.
• SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Cloud, or related platform knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience gathering requirements and converting business needs into functional specifications; experience in configuration, customization, testing, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities; understanding of databases, SQL, APIs, middleware, interfaces, and integration concepts.
• Experience supporting data migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, ITIL, or other methodologies and project or system-development tools.
• Strong documentation, technical writing, communication, stakeholder-management, organizational, and teamwork abilities; can explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Understanding of ERP security, access controls, data integrity, and compliance requirements.
• SAP, Oracle, ITIL, or other relevant certifications are advantageous. Large-scale transformation, cloud migration, or multinational experience is a plus.
