About the Role
Acveti is looking for a skilled
SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) B2B Engineer
to design, build, and
integrate enterprise-grade B2B eCommerce platforms.
You will work on scalable digital commerce
solutions integrated with
Sap S/4hana
, payment gateways, and third-party systems, enabling
seamless and secure B2B customer journeys.
1. SAP Commerce Cloud (B2B) Engineering
- Design and implement B2B commerce solutions using SAP Commerce Cloud best practices
- Customize and extend:
- o B2B accelerators and account hierarchies
- o OCC APIs for headless and multi-channel integrations
- o WCMS components, workflows, and content orchestration
- o CronJobs and background processing
- Develop using
Java (17+)
- , Spring Framework, and modular architecture
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards
SAP S/4HANA Integration
- Build and maintain integrations using REST and OData services
- Enable end-to-end B2B workflows:
- o Product and customer data synchronization
- o Pricing and inventory availability
- o Order placement and lifecycle updates
- Implement robust integration patterns:
- o Error handling and retry mechanisms
- o Idempotent and transaction-safe processes
- o Logging, monitoring, and traceability
- Support integration testing, reconciliation, and go-live readiness
3. Payment Gateway & Third-Party Integrations
- Integrate payment gateways tailored for B2B transactions
- Connect with external systems such as:
- o Identity and verification services
- o Tax, shipping, and logistics providers
- Ensure secure, compliant payment processing
- Support vendor certification, testing, and rollout
4. API & Digital Channel Enablement
- Design and expose APIs using SAP Commerce OCC (headless architecture)
- Enable integrations across web, mobile, and partner platforms
- Maintain API versioning, backward compatibility, and performance
- Enforce API security, governance, and access control
5. Quality, Security & Release Assurance
- Ensure high code quality, performance, and scalability
- Implement secure coding practices and compliance standards
- Support CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git and Azure DevOps
- Define release quality gates and deployment readiness criteria
- Assist in production deployments and controlled releases
6. L3 Support & Operational Stability
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution across:
- o SAP Commerce B2B functionality
- o SAP S/4HANA integrations
- o Payment and third-party systems
- o Batch jobs and scheduled processes
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixes
- Optimize system performance and reliability
- Maintain technical documentation and issue logs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with
SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) B2B
- Proficiency in
Java (17+), Spring Framework
- Hands-on experience with
- OCC APIs and headless commerce
- Experience integrating with
SAP S/4HANA (REST/OData)
- Knowledge of payment gateway integrations
- Understanding of CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good to Have
- Experience with microservices and cloud-native architectures
- Familiarity with security standards (OAuth, API security)
- Exposure to enterprise B2B workflows and large-scale systems
