SAP Ariba P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Functional Consultant is required by our global client
The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business procurement needs and technology.
You will design, configure, and optimize end-to-end purchasing, invoicing, and supplier collaboration workflows within SAP Ariba and integrate them seamlessly with SAP S/4HANA.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements to configure SAP Ariba modules (Buying, Invoicing, Guided Buying, and Ariba Network) to match organizational purchasing policies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to map, test, and troubleshoot integration frameworks like Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) and APIs between Ariba and SAP S/4HANA.
- Facilitate blueprinting workshops, conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and create documentation and training materials for end-users.
- Provide post-go-live hypercare, troubleshoot interface errors, resolve invoice/PO mismatches, and suggest process enhancements.
- Essential experience must include
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP procurement (MM or Ariba).
- Deep understanding of procurement processes (e.g., Requisition-to-PO, invoice automation, and supplier management).
- 2 full end to end implementations on SAP S/4 HANA
- Familiarity with Ariba master data, approval workflows, and backend SAP S/4HANA integration.
- Proven track record of delivery and longevity on previous projects
- UAE SAP project experience
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and client-facing skills
