• We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of SAP Analytics Consultant for our client from the Public, Oil&Gas & FMCG sectors
• You will join a project focused on delivering advanced analytics solutions within a KSA/KZ business environment, supporting data-driven decision-making across key business functions.
• The role combines technical development, consulting, and business analysis, offering the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders while building scalable and efficient analytics architectures.
• You will contribute to creating robust, insight-driven ideas that support enterprise-level processes, particularly within finance and data-intensive domains.
• You’re ideal for this role if you:
• Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar or the same role
• Bring solid international consulting experience, including stakeholder management and aligning solutions with business needs
• Have worked in Agile/Scrum environments and actively contributed to Agile practices
• Possess a good understanding of enterprise finance processes
• You will support defining the enterprise strategy and roadmap around SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere and SAP Business Data Cloud; highly skilled in SAP Core Data Services (CDS), including CDS views and table functions
• You will conduct training sessions and manage the BI community to enable our business users to engage in a Self-Service BI journey on SAP technology
• You have experience with SAP BW/4HANA and S/4HANA analytics and know how to leverage these capabilities with SAC
• You will be a member of our global team with reporting line to the Head of BI Competence Center, and you will take responsibility for the entire development process – from requirements gathering, design and implementation to the stable productive operation of the developed solutions.
• If needed, you will monitor and manage external implementation service providers
• You will design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals.
• You will drive industry innovation by delivering SAP S/4HANA solutions. By unlocking your potential, you will be playing an active role in building new and innovative applications and industry solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to map requirements to SAC solutions and improve end-to-end workflows.
• Proven analytical skills, including data modeling, KPI definition, and translating complex data into clear visualizations and insights.
• Consulting experience, preferably in SAP environments, with a focus on stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and solution design.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FICO and its integration with analytics and reporting tools, especially SAC.
• Knowledge of master data concepts and governance, ensuring data consistency and quality across reporting and planning models.
• Practical experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (stories, models, planning, security, and connectivity to SAP/non-SAP sources).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment, managing priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Experience with other SAP analytics tools (e.g., SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning) is an advantage.
