Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented
Sanitaryware Division Manager
to lead the operations, sales, and business development of a growing sanitaryware division in Qatar.
The role focuses on driving revenue growth, supplier management, and operational excellence.
(Brief)
- Lead and manage sanitaryware division (sales, procurement, and operations teams)
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and business expansion
- Develop and implement division strategies aligned with business goals
- Build strong relationships with contractors, developers, and key clients
- Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers
- Manage procurement, pricing, contracts, and supplier performance
- Oversee inventory, warehousing, and logistics operations
- Ensure product quality, compliance, and market standards
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and develop division teams
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8 10 years of experience in sanitaryware, plumbing, or building materials trading
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial role
- Strong background in sales, procurement, and supplier management
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and business development skills
- Strong knowledge of sanitaryware products and specifications
- Understanding of import, customs, and market regulations
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
