Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming product samples, verifying accuracy against client sample submission forms and identifying any discrepancies.
  • Accurately log and categorize samples in the sample logbook, create sample acknowledgement form, ensuring proper labeling and systematic tracking.
  • Organize and store samples securely while maintaining accessibility within the laboratory. Process internal sample requests by retrieving and distributing the required samples to the correct laboratory.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding sample receipt, sample related issue.
  • Communicate effectively with laboratories, sample coordinators, laboratory supervisor/manger and/or Site Director.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
  • This is a full-time, temporary position, working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within commutable distance to North Brunswick, NJ are encouraged to apply.

Must have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a laboratory testing environment.
  • Associate’s degree in a scientific discipline.
  • Ability to Successfully Pass Background and Drug Screen.
  • Competencies:
  • A competent and proficient worker, capable of multi-tasking, being self-motivated, and taking initiative.
  • Adherence to ISO/GMP/USP standards and completion of necessary training modules
  • Standard office equipment including computers, copiers, and scanners.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
  • This is a full-time, temporary position, working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within commutable distance to North Brunswick, NJ are encouraged to apply.
  • Compensation: $25/hr-$28/hr depending on related experience and qualification
