Requirements

  • In addition to aligning with Sama's mission and values, Sama Coaches need to meet the following minimum requirements:
  • Coaching Credential equivalent to the ACC with the International Coach Federation
  • 3+ years of professional coaching experience (after completing training), including work with corporate clients
  • 10+ years of professional experience
