Role Overview
Oversee daily beauty salon operations, lead the team, support customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain professionalism and hygiene.
Salon Operations and Team
- Supervise daily salon operations and lead, motivate, and support the salon team.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance; train new employees.
- Manage appointments and maximize salon productivity.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Service, Stock, and Reporting
- Ensure customer service and client satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate product ordering.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and health and safety compliance.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales and retail targets.
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Experience and Skills
- UAE experience in a salon supervisory or management role; at least one year of salon experience.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of salon operations, beauty services, and retail products; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English is required. Arabic is an advantage.
- Microsoft Office and salon booking systems are preferred.
Pay
- AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
