Job Title: Female Salon Supervisor (Ladies Salon)

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Female Salon Supervisor to manage daily operations in a ladies’ salon. The ideal candidate will ensure high service standards, lead a team of female beauty professionals, and create a welcoming and professional environment for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise and support a team of hairstylists, nail technicians, and beauticians
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle client complaints professionally
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and task allocation
• Monitor service quality and staff performance
• Handle bookings, client records, and front desk coordination
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and supplier coordination
• Promote salon services, packages, and retail products
• Assist in staff recruitment, training, and onboarding

Requirements & Qualifications

• Female candidate (required for ladies salon environment)
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a salon or beauty center
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of beauty services (hair, nails, skincare, waxing, etc.)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage a multicultural team
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with salon booking/POS systems and MS office.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience working in a ladies salon in the UAE or GCC
• Basic knowledge of Arabic or English (both is a plus)
• Sales experience in beauty products or packages
