Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Female Salon Supervisor to manage daily operations in a ladies’ salon.
The ideal candidate will ensure high service standards, lead a team of female beauty professionals, and create a welcoming and professional environment for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Supervise and support a team of hairstylists, nail technicians, and beauticians
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle client complaints professionally
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and task allocation
- Monitor service quality and staff performance
- Handle bookings, client records, and front desk coordination
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, and supplier coordination
- Promote salon services, packages, and retail products
- Assist in staff recruitment, training, and onboarding
Requirements & Qualifications
- Female candidate (required for ladies salon environment)
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a salon or beauty center
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of beauty services (hair, nails, skincare, waxing, etc.)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage a multicultural team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with salon booking/POS systems and MS office.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Preferred Qualification
- Experience working in a ladies salon in the UAE or GCC
- Basic knowledge of Arabic or English (both is a plus)
- Sales experience in beauty products or packages
