Our team is passionate about beauty, and we're looking for a friendly, organised receptionist to be the first face our clients see.
The Role
As our Salon Receptionist, you'll be the heartbeat of our front desk — managing appointments, greeting clients, and keeping the salon running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable from arrival to departure
- Manage bookings via phone, email, and booking software
- Handle client enquiries, provide service information, and upsell treatments and products
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate schedules for stylists/therapists to maximise efficiency
- Keep reception tidy and stocked
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate where necessary
- Manage bookings targets to support sales goals
- Oversee inventory of products and supplies to ensure availability
What We'Re Looking For
- Receptionist experience or background in customer service/hospitality (salon experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation with confidence and polish
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with booking systems and basic computer skills
- Passion for beauty and client care
