Responsibilities

• Manage the reception area, greet clients, and provide front-desk customer service.
• Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations, and walk-ins using the salon booking system.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, and in person, and coordinate schedules with salon professionals.
• Handle payments, daily sales records, client information, and appointment records.
• Monitor inventory and stock; coordinate purchasing and place orders for salon supplies.
• Support daily salon operations and administrative tasks; assist with follow-ups, promotions, and customer retention.
• Keep reception and waiting areas clean and organized, and handle client concerns professionally.

Requirements

• Fluent Russian and English are mandatory.
• Salon or front-desk receptionist experience is highly preferred.
• Salon booking or POS system experience is preferred.
• Inventory management, stock control, and purchasing experience are advantageous.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, computer, and administrative skills; comfortable in a fast-paced salon.
• Knowledge of beauty and salon services or products is an advantage.
• Two years of UAE salon receptionist experience is preferred.

Compensation and employment

• Full-time position.
• Pay is AED 6,000–10,000 per month.
