Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Gents & ladies Salon Manager to handle daily operations **in DIFC DAMAC PARK TOWERS** , staff management, and increase salon revenue.
The ideal candidate should be strong in customer service, team leadership, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily salon operations smoothly
- Lead and supervise staff (hairstylists, nail technicians, therapists)
- Increase monthly sales through packages & upselling
- Handle customer service and complaints professionally
- Maintain staff discipline, schedule, and performance
- Monitor inventory and reduce wastage
- Ensure high hygiene and service standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years experience in salon management
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Sales-driven mindset (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Knowledge of salon services (hair, nails, beauty)
- Experience in Dubai is a plus
Salary
5000 + performance bonus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
