Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Gents & ladies Salon Manager to handle daily operations in DIFC DAMAC PARK TOWERS , staff management, and increase salon revenue. The ideal candidate should be strong in customer service, team leadership, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily salon operations smoothly
* Lead and supervise staff (hairstylists, nail technicians, therapists)
* Increase monthly sales through packages & upselling
* Handle customer service and complaints professionally
* Maintain staff discipline, schedule, and performance
* Monitor inventory and reduce wastage
* Ensure high hygiene and service standards
Requirements:
* Minimum 3+ years experience in salon management
* Strong communication & leadership skills
* Sales-driven mindset (VERY IMPORTANT)
* Knowledge of salon services (hair, nails, beauty)
* Experience in Dubai is a plus
Salary: 5000 + performance bonus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
